Considered one of the ten most powerful women in the fashion and luxury business, Floriane de Saint-Pierre is the industry’s matchmaker par excellence for top fashion houses, and is the official headhunter for PPR-Gucci Group…but just don’t call this French aristocrat that, she’s far too chic. Saint-Pierre is the stuff of legend to fashion insiders, and by applying her keen navigating skills within the complicated fashion landscape, she has choreographed many of the major hires in the industry from her Paris office. Born to French nobility with a head for business, Saint-Pierre’s heart really belonged to fashion and when she worked in the late 1980’s for Dior’s financial team, Bernard Arnault would eventually need her to run his business in the US- which happened to be the fashion conglomerate on steroids, LVMH- and handed her the title of haute couture director.
From there, Saint-Pierre started her namesake premier global consulting firm, which specializes in strategic organization and executive search for global innovative brands.
