It was the morning after my very celebratory birthday dinner last week when I suddenly realized via my super sized- and much needed- cup of Starbucks that’tis the season is officially here. Yes, my coffee was sporting that familiar holiday motif which brought to mind Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Bergdorf Goodman holiday windows, the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, and New Year’s Eve all rolled into one, where I envisioned let the gifting begin flashing in bright neon lights. This is the time of year for giving and receiving- it doesn’t really matter if you were naughty or nice- and for those who prefer to give as good as good as they get, here’s my version of Santa’s helper which ranges from beyond generous to it won’t break the bank so maybe that Caribbean trip is doable…but either way, everyone will be styling for sure. Personally, my fantasy gift to myself would be a lockup… inside Barneys New York overnight, making a clean getaway the next morning with just about everything in there. A girl can dream…
