Beaming is a brand with its roots firmly planted in a lifestyle of wellness. Founder Lisa Odenweller began the company- as an organic entrepreneur in the cleansing and raw food world- with the intention of helping people realize the power of food as medicine and that what you eat and drink really matters. She passionately advocates simple dietary changes that can have a profound lasting effect on how we look, feel, and live life. Beaming’s culinary driven cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, plant-based foods, convenient grab-and-go items, and a friendly, knowledgable staff is all central to how Odenweller is building her 21st century lifestyle brand in swift motion. As people began to experience the power in Odenweller’s raw food cleansing program, they wanted delicious foods, juices, and smoothies every day so she opened Beaming’s first retail store in Del Mar, outside San Diego, in 2012.

There are now two new locations in LA- Brentwood and Santa Monica- where health conscious Westsiders really get Beaming’s concept, and it should come as no surprise that both the holistic eateries are always busy. While there are certainly a number of juice bars to choose from in LA, Beaming’s unique gourmet healthy fast casual experience is evident upon tasting their goods. On the menu at both locations are salads, soups, snacks, and bowls highlighting plenty of superfoods including walnuts, almonds, chia, hempseed, coconut, berries, kale, spinach, chlorella, goji, and more. There’s also a selection of dairy-free, gluten free baked goods. Everything is produced in a central kitchen and shipped out to all locations daily.
