Where will you be this Fourth of July? Chances are you’ll be settled around some sort of grill this holiday weekend. So whether you indulge at a beach bonfire, a tricked out stainless steel backyard number, a hot dog cart in the park, a camp site in the mountains, or a chic urban rooftop, why not make it a culinary event this Independence Day. And if you’re really independent, you won’t have to make a thing. I’d actually prefer to celebrate Euro-style on a yacht in the Mediterranean- is that unpatriotic of me? After I wake up from my daydream, any of these epicurean delights from the likes of Thomas Keller, Nigella Lawson, Mario Batali, and others will do…anywhere. Happy Birthday America!
