With temperature’s dipping into some frigid digits lately- yes, even in California- it’s definitely sweater time and although it’s close to Christmas, those festive yet kitsch sweaters- think reindeers and candy canes- you may find your cousin from the midwest wearing on her holiday card isn’t exactly the look I’m thinking of. While chunky sweaters will head straight through to Spring 2014, they’re usually paired with leather skinny pants and Rag & Bone ankle boots…well, at least in my world. These chic sweaters can also play a dual role… keeping you toasty while also hiding those pesky few pounds that just happened from all those rich indulgences needed for holiday cheer. So if you’re going to hibernate like a bear afterwards, at least do it in style.
